I have a whole bag of frozen passionfruit concentrate , extra italian meringue from a cake order and cake trimmings. This is actually another dessert that you can come up with if your are making and decorating cakes and you have no idea what to do the ecxess , they would not know ,believe me. So I just thought of assembling this like how a refrigerator cake is prepared.Really cool!
